Terms & Conditions for Hidden Pines, LLC dba Boxminer

  • Use of our services constitutes client acceptance of the following terms.

  • Boxminer reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

Orders

  • Rigs are deployed in the order in which they are received and payment is made.

  • Please provide Shipping/Tracking info as soon as possible once shipment is secured.

Payment

  • Boxminer accepts ACH, USD Wire & Crypto

    • BTC, ETH, LTC, ZEC.

  • All service is prepaid.

  • Invoices must be paid in full prior to start up and monthly payments are due on monthly anniversary of start up date for continuation of service.

  • Failure to pay within 3 days will result in account termination & equipment shut down.

  • Rigs may be reconfigured to recover balance owed.

  • Equipment is security for invoice payment.

Term

  • Service is month to month with automatic renewal.

Cancellations

  • Boxminer reserves the right to terminate service for violation of Terms.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the end of the period.

Equipment

  • All rigs must be set to DHCP, not Static IP.

    • Static IP rigs will be billed at start up date, not configuration date.

  • Equipment returns will be scheduled and paid for by client.

  • Advance notice is required to take down and package rigs.

  • Prior to release of equipment, all invoices must be paid in full.

Warranties

  • Boxminer makes no warranties or representations of any kind whether express or implied for the service we are providing.

  • Boxminer does not provide compensation for mining losses and denies responsibility for damages arising from down time.

  • Boxminer is not liable for client property.

  • Boxminer is not liable for any loss of data for any reason. 

Indemnification

  • Client indemnifies and holds Company harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liabilities of any kind imposed against company arising in connection with clients marketing or support services or the unauthorized representation of the services or any breach of the agreement by client.
